Didnt Obama recently visit Mexico?

In addition to the most commonly accepted reasons behind pushing this "epidemic", we shouldnt forget the impact to be felt on the long standing Mexico/USA Border War. I would not rule this issue out as a secondary economic reason for promoting this hoax... there is so much money to be made.
