Eye always thought that the Goldman's were money hungry. They didn't win in the criminal case so their next move was civil court.

If OJ was smart and put his assets in a personal trust his estate will be protected. If all OJ had was a will there is no guarantee that the money grabbing Goldmans' can't get at his estate.
