Nobody anywhere has said that chloroquine phosphate. is safe for anything but cleaning.. what has been used in countries other than the USA safety is Chloroquine and a derivative called Hydroxychloroquine(Plaquenil). The couple took chloroquine phosphate which is very toxic and a industrial cleaner used for cleaning fish tanks among other things. This ranks right up there with people in Iran drinking bleach as they seem to think it will protect them from the virus.

I seen in the full article where they did finally indicated that what was taken was not what as been used in other countries. but it's way down in the article where most people won't read that far but the head lines make for great clickbait.
