Eve had it locked, but i'm not feelin her new album as much as the last two. Missy makes anything hot. She's got that Midas touch. Trina is a foul mouthed queen, but what she spits comes out so slick it knocks you off your feet. But my favorite right now has got to be Ms. Jade. She really snapped on her album the last 3 songs on the album are off the chain!!
