I'm standing on the tip

of a 200 foot high cliff

I know I can just turn around

But I just cant stop myself from looking down

Lord knows I don't wanna fall so blindly

but I also don't wanna face what's behind me

I 'd rather risk disaster

than to face life's road

moving faster and faster

into a story untold

behind my back

I realize

the painful facts

of my life

At the edge in front of me

though I know it'll be the end of me

It's easier if I'll just do as I will

cause I don't have to move I can just stand still

I don't have to take what's real

I don't have to face how I feel

So I'll just stay at the tip of this cliff

although I know

that at any moment a wind might blow

and then I know I will surely fall

but I'd rather die than not live at all
