Yeah, Brick was one of my favorites bands back in the day. Even though I finally got all of their albums in CD-format early last year (which means all of the jams posted above, also including their classic masterpiece album "SUMMER HEAT") thanks anyway for the musical-flashback Flowerblossom.

Yeah, Brick was one of my favorites bands back in the day. Even though I finally got all of their albums in CD-format early last year (which means all of the jams posted above, also including their classic masterpiece album "SUMMER HEAT") thanks anyway for the musical-flashback Flowerblossom.

Yeah, that's when Ray Parker Jr. was still producing them and writing some of their songs.

.... But, sadly, by the early 80s, Funk was on the decline and became more of a "house music" type of genre.

However, it will never die as long as its followers and lovers still live on and keep it going!
