He doesn't need to be tough on Indiana, because they already have Jermaine O'neil, Stephen Jackson and Jamal Tinsley who are very tough players on that team. Plus, their whole team is defensive minded and that itself brings a certain level of toughness. He will not have to carry the toughness, he just has to hit open shots, and he does that when he's healthy. On the other hand, Artest brings the toughness to Sacramento, that they couldn't get from Peja.
