The bloodline of the indigenous rulers of the 18th Dynasty has been traced back through King Narmer. Critics of Akhen-Aten and Nefertiti typicaly assert that they are of "foreign" origin. This is completely false, based upon lies told by the usurpers who sought to discredit the Amarna Revolutionaries.
