Black People : How black is black, how do you label POC and why?

My question is how do you label a person's blackness??

real black people seem to agree with me. that's how i know.

I get all that, but its basic.

When does a person stop being black? When do they become so not black, in, skin, culture, whatever, that they arent black anymore?
Is that a better way to get an answer?

Because its a completely different question. This isnt a light skinned dark skinned debate, its who is black and who isnt? When does a person stop being black and is that decision made on skin color, culture, or what?

This is an identification question, not an aesthetic one. No one seems to get the depth of the question.
