ha...it's been 3 weeks since my last poem
man...it sucks being overworked and underpaid...i tell ya
check me out...
as winter gives way to spring scents and things
green grass and sunshine are always worth mentioning
before i set sail in the warm waters i give the orders to flip two quarters
then splash my boat with a bottle of champagne for christening
eventhough this vessel is not new...i stash some burdock root b4 i continue
then i remind my special kin to add to the menu...aloe vera leaves
so their skin does not dry with the harsh chicago breeze
please...give me some of that hyssop so that i can attempt block
all these negative vibes and this congregation of jekyll and hydes
i guess it's just a sign of the times
that now i must pay attention to the line of the tides
so that i am not overtaken
i grabbed the blessed thistle and my heart started quaking
maybe it was because i had nothing to wet my whistle
or maybe it was my vision of many missles of mans making
geez...
let me chew on this leaf of chamomile b4 my hands start shaking
while this burdock root cleans my system of all the previous years of eating swine and bacon
then i peeped out rose's hips on the yellow dock
and that automatically increased my circulation
but when i walked up to her she said my lips are too big for procreation
so i took some sarsaparilla...but it did not help the natural inflamation
so i said f_k it...gave her a licorice stick for the occasion
cause in the back of my mind a little voice said times a wasting
winter's icy stare will be back upon me quick...and i hate face'n
that cold b@stard without my ginger beer...so let me get the hell outta here
skip cash...i gotta build up my echinacea stash with no fear
of taking more then my share...maybe thas just the way God made me
or maybe it's because i eat my alfalfa uncooked and bare...
