Interesting. This man states his gripe is with the federal government and shutting down his topless carwash was kinda the straw that broke the camel's back. However, it was the local government that shut his business down. Moreover, he appears to be one of many anti-government extremists and has been plotting some grand plan for years, smh. And topless carwash..what a gross attempt to cover up his perverted ways!

Although the petition has more than enough signatures, it will be only to be at in the end, it's absurd.
