Amnat, these are good questions.
If you rembmer the planets I looked up for you, you have Jupiter in Cancer, However, Jupiter in Cancer alone should not denote stomache issues such as the ones you described but where ever Jupiter is, it brings about abundance. If we had your chart, we would probably discover that your Rising sign is Virgo. Virgo rules the Nervous system and the intestines. If your rising sign was to be virgo, we would probably discover that your Rising sign is making a square aspect perhaps to the planet Uranus and Uranus may be conjuncting or aspecting your Jupiter in Cancer in some sort of way. Or, your Rising sign could be Cancer, in which case you would have the Planet Jupiter in the first house and your jupiter could be making a square or oppostion aspect to Uranus. There is more than one way to skin a chicken. You could also probably not have Virgo or Cancer as a rising sign and have planets that rule those signs which would be Moon and Mercury in your 6th house. The 6th house governs health and service to others, Moon and Mercury in that house could be making Hard Aspects to Uranus and your Jupiter in Cancer.

Square:
The square tends to bring much tension into the life of the native. He may be presented with a problem and may endeavour to work towards resolving the problems in an attempt to relieve the frustration that he may feel. It is for that reason that, although considered malefic, a square aspect is considered to give individuals the impetus to achieve great things in their life.
Opposition:
An opposition (abrv. Opp) is an angle of 180° (1/2 of the 360° ecliptic). An orb of somewhere between 5° and 10°[1] is usually allowed. Oppositions are said to be the second most powerful aspect. The opposition is indicative of tension, conflict and confrontation, due to the polarity between the two elements involved. Stress arises when one is used over the other, causing an imbalance; but the opposition can work well if the two parts of the aspect are made to complement each other in a synthesis. They are looked on less negatively than in the past, though the opposition is still considered a difficult aspect. The Sun and Moon are in opposition monthly during the Full Moon.
As you can see, both aspects can also be positive as long as one is Conscious of what is going on. In your case, you are Conscious and that is why you are watching what you eat.
6th house:
House of Health
The Sixth House is commonly referred to as the House of Health. Implicit in maintaining good health is the ability to cope in the face of adversity, and this theme rings truest in the Sixth House. As human beings, we naturally have shortcomings. What will we do with them? How will we react in the face of a personal crisis? Crises, illnesses and reversals of fortune are all part of our Earthly trek. How we confront these situations and deal with the lessons they invariably teach us helps to define the person we become.
Our fears may hold us back, but if we can meet them head-on and come out stronger on the other side, we may learn the valuable lesson of service or what our life's work should be. Work and service are central to the Sixth House. The focus here is on employment (employers and employees), training, those who serve us (along with those we serve) and those who depend on us. Keeping ourselves strong throughout these efforts is also important here, which is why this House further focuses on health (good and bad), diet, fitness and hygiene.
Essential to the work we do in life is the work we do on our self. Duty, responsibility and personal growth all contribute to the creation of a fully-realized being. We work for others as well as for ourselves; we are at service to those who need us, including our own being. There will be times when crises of health or faith will stand in the way of our best self. At those times, we must endeavor to heal ourselves (again, the focus of this House is on health) so that we can return to the work of realizing our sum potential, of serving our world.
The Sixth House also addresses the daily dailiness of life: what will I wear today? Do I need a haircut? Has the dog been fed? These simple matters keep our engines humming and enable us to do the more important work of our choosing. It's a patchwork quilt: the ability to serve others in health and through work which is both valuable and fulfilling.
The Sixth House is ruled by the Sign Virgo and the Planet Mercury.
A child born with a club foot can also be seen in Astrology. Club foot is when one walks on their ankles and it is a birth defect. Aquarius is ruled by the Ankles. If we are to look at a chart for a person born with this condition, we would probably see many examples. We would probably see that the person has sun in Aquarius, Moon in Aquarius or Aquarius Rising with challenging aspects from other planets forming. Or, a club foot person could have a 6th house that is ruled by Aquarius with challenging aspects to planets in that house and the list goes on.
Psychological problems are the easiest in my opinion and experience to spot in a chart. One would look to planets in the 12th house that are making challenging aspects to other planets. One could also look to the first house. Hard aspects to Mercury, Moon and Neptune also denotes psychological problems.

12th house example:
The Twelfth House has a terrible reputation. It is here that astrologers look to find restrictions, hidden enemies (as opposed to open enemies, shown by the seventh house), psychological problems, and of course the killer --- self undoing, the tendency to do ourselves in. Any planet in this house represents something we are hiding from the world, and, frequently, from ourselves as well. Of course knowing about a problem is the first step to deal with it. The vast majority of horoscopes that I’ve seen with several planets in the twelfth house belong to sensitive, caring people who put up with a lot garbage from others. The rest are horoscopes of serial killers and mass murderers.The astrological 12th house is the repository of the unconscious, the subconscious and the superconscious.

In an astrology chart the 12th house is the slice of the pie directly above the horizontal line that divides the wheel on the left side. The sign which rules this house and any planets in it, have a large, but mostly hidden influence on our psyche.

Neptune example:
Neptune rules those who are oppressed or abandoned by the society. On a higher level it rules visionaries, and those who are glamorous and charismatic. On a personal level, Neptune's house position and the aspects it makes with other planets in your natal chart will describe spirituality, abstract thinking, illusion, disillusionment, and other areas of your life where things aren't always what they seem. It rules derangement, guilt, persecution, and describes the potential for experiences related to confinement, abandonment, and addiction or physical intolerance.
Mercury example:
Mercury symbolizes language, speech, the memory, mental and intellectual flexibility, the education, mobility and perception faculty of a person as well as logic, skill, phantasm and expressivness in speech and writing. In a weak personality Mercury brings out slyness, trickery, critcism, fraud, deception, quarrelsomeness, nagging and gossip. This form of mental state has no inner substance or stability. Because of the quick changes between extremes, mercury is able to cause, he is associated with the element of quicksilver. On a physical level, Mercury rules over the nerves and the brain, the center of thought, the memory as well as speech. Speech impediments such as a lisp are always showing, if the aspect of Mercury is impaired in certain areas of the chart or horscope. The liguistic ability of Mercury reaches from debating, over sarcastic criticism to sophistication.
