Black People : What is G14:Classified Stuff ?

I have been seeing a lot of this "G14:Classified" stuff on the forum, and am wondering what it is.

I censored the email address because several Members were leaving it as signatures ... spamming the forum with it.

What is this G14:Classified stuff?

Someone please enlighten me.
