I have been waiting so long for her to be in my life.

I saw her standing in a group of very close friends.
Man she looked good. So I made my move.
I asked her to take my hand.
I pulled her in close to me it felt so right.
I placed my arms around her waist
Loving the hugging and the feeling wanting more, like a kiss.
As I leaned in to kiss her, she pulled away.

I asked her what the problem was. She explained she had a fear.
Other relations still lingered and she was being cautious for sure.
Yes a kiss can be intimate, more than relations I hear

She told me she was afraid of being hurt.
I assured her this time it will be different and worth.
The adventure, journey the love.

I can’t get her out of my head, not that it’s something I want.
All day nothing else has been on my mind.
Just that moment her.
The way, the passion... the day I had.
Can’t wait until tomorrow...will I see her again?
