Support : Error Message for Video Chat

Hi, Destee:

I get an error message when I click on "Video Chat" at the top of the web page located between "Forums" and "Gallery." I thought clicking on this link would take me to the Chat room.

Error Message: "Could not generate token, check token_request.php for errors!"

However, when I click on "Destee Voice Video Chat Room," it takes me to a totally different chat room. Am I missing something?
