Only because I have much love for ya'll, will I go into the my vault of recipe and share them.

Ingredients:

3 cups of large elbow macaroni noodles

3 cups of shredded mild Cheddar cheese

2 cups of shredded Moneterrey Jack cheese

1 8 oz. block of Colby Cheese

1 8 oz. block of Monterrey Jack cheese

1 16 oz. container of Sour Cream

1 jumbo egg beaten

2 tsps of ground white pepper

1 dash of black pepper

Instructions:

Boil the noodles for 15-20 mins, then drain. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F for 10mins. Then put noodles in a 4 quart baking dish or pan and add the sour cheese, 2 cups of the mild Cheddar cheese, the shredded Moneterrey Jack, the white pepper and the jumbo egg. Mix throughly then add the block cheeses after they been diced into 1 inch cubes. Mix again and place into the oven for 10 mins. Remove from the oven then stir. Spread the remaining cup of Cheddar cheese on the top and sprinkle the dash of black pepper on top as well. Place the dish back in the oven at 425-450 degrees F for 20-25 mins or until top layer of cheese is melt and starting to brown. Remove from the oven, cool for 5 mins and serve. This recipe serves 8 to 10 people but if you're like me and love mac and cheese it will serve 4 to 6 people. All the ingredients can be substituded with fat free products for a low calorie dish. If prepared right once you take a taste it'll make you want to smack yo mama. (just kidding of course)

Bon Appetite....

Radical, whew, for the cheese lover in us all, bruh...(smile!) That's some SOUL macaroni, now! Sounds Scrumptious...

BTW, I have never understood why Soul Food Restaurants don't prepare M&C like it's done at home... Ladies in my family always used at least 2 eggs and some carnation beaten to a cream(seasoned with salt and pepper, of course) to pour into them cracks with the elbows, butter and Cheese... In the Soul Joints I've been in here in NYC, I am puzzled by this no frills macaroni and cheese only mentality... Cheap negroes go outta bidness...

Peace!
