I have not seen what you describe, "blame" is a right wing racist attack word. It is sad to hear blacks repeat this. Jim crow/slavery/black codes etc. have not left,they have been rearranged and reorganized. At any rate I see no problem placing blame where it is due, lastly we do not need cornball popstars giving us social commentary.
