First of all, knowing thats' my last meal, who would have food on their mind? ...how would they be able to keep it down? ...smh
I do believe I would use that time to meditate with my family.
shoot ...I don't know!!

Yes Sister Queen ... you know i watch those prison documentaries, and i've thought often, of how those men must feel. So many Brothers having to meet that end. It's almost like i can feel the weight of such an overwhelming situation. It makes me sick too, and i've often thought like you, who can get all hyped over a last meal, at a time like that.

Of course i'm on the outside looking in, and it has to be an even heavier burden, than my mind can imagine.

While i get sick just watching, i know i don't really know the great pressure they must be under.

Yeah ... i'm with you ... seems like it would be hard to eat, at a time like that.

Thanks for sharing. Love You!

Leaving Legacies!

ImHotep All!

Ya'll know my into...so....

As I thought of this and looked at the RE~plies, I too was impressed by QueenT's comments. And it made me

I'd like to have my family and I'd like US to share a meal for HEALTH.

That is, I'd like to share a meal with them which is consistent with the goals I strived for while I walked with them in this dispensation.

I'd tell them the meal we share now is part of the legacy I'd like them to remember M.E. by and to encourage them to do this in my honor.

I'd request that meal BE prepared by Queen Afua (first choice) or another of OUR ummmm..not sure how to "label" them right now. :qqb011:

When I watched "Green Mile" ..whew...I cried real tears, I mean, it broke my heart because I know this really happens. His last request was a movie. Those that don't leave a loved one or that special other in their life, ...they throw down on that last meal.
