How does one define African?

In one sense we are all Africans as the human family originated out of Africa.
In the more modern sense we define African as a person who is born on the continent of Africa or of people born on the continent who share a continuity of multi - cultural heritage and biology (appearance).

How do You define Black as in a person?

Usually refers to an African born in the diaspora but not limited to.

Is being African and or Black the same ethnicity and or race?

African is an ethnicity, black is a Racial Social Construct based on regional and biological differences.
Though race and ethnicity are often used interchangeable.
