Lord, when it rains
you are my peace
through the storm

Lord, when it snows
you are my blanket
keeping me warm

Lord, when it hails
you are my shield
beneath the sky

Lord, when it's hazy
you are my sunlight
giving me direction
after midnight

Lord, when the Earth
around me fails

you are my protection
his great works of love
i cannot deny

Lord Jesus, you are my shelter
amidst the storm
