Black Poetry : Yet To Recover

    Her heart was torn at the seams
    and it seems as if she'll never have it
    mended again...the pain was too ****
    much...
    it killed memories that she had locked away
    in the recesses of her mind
    ...memories of a love so right...that left
    her empty...
    naked...making obscene gestures with
    her tears...why?
    she loved him hard...and crashed harder after
    the ride was over...
    she cries now / where she used to laugh /
    she sits stoically /
    when she used to dance / she curses the
    swaying of the willows when she used
    to sweet talk the wind to blow...
    now she just hurts...
    and swallows sun rays to ease the pain.

    i felt her pain... this was a very deep write for i know of this lost...
    but they say JOY comes in the morning....Good to be reading something new from you...Peace Angel

    Sometimes, I wish that I was one of the lucky ones that don't ever seem to know the pain of which you wrote of...
    But, it seems, poets always do...

    just thinking of the pain is alot to with stand this piece is something we all can understand.
