    Yaya Diallo's traditional West African healing music album “Nangapè” is an instrumental album of African drumming, balafon and flute music (two tracks exclusively drumming).

    In 1980 Onzou Records produced Yaya Diallo's debut album "Nangapè." Yaya Diallos published works include his book, "The Healing Drum: African Wisdom Teachings”(1989), a journal, "At the Threshold of the African Soul” (1985, reprint 2001). and four traditional music albums, “The Healing Drum: African Ceremonial and Ritual Music (1990)”, “Dounoukan (1995),” "Dombaa Folee: Minianka Medicine Music of Mali" (1998), and “Nangapè” (1980, reissue on CD 2002).
