With my head in the…clouds
You are my earth
{You keep me grounded}

My universe shines brightly
Before me

You brighten my day
{with your smile}

The twin rivers
That are your eyes
Beckons me

Tears of joy
Nourish the flowers
…bringing forth blooms
Of many colors
Uttering silent happiness
At their being

I see the worth of my world {in you}

With my head in…the clouds
You are my earth

In your laughter
Are gentle rivers
Flowing emotional blessings
Lessening the heartache of
Stressing over yesterday’s
Sorrow
That tomorrow might bring joy
To the giver
Of the river
Of life.

With my head…in the clouds
You are my Universe.

You allow me to soar.
