All these years since Katrina , the poison water in Flint, the hurricane in Houston and now the fate of the Gullah People of South Carolina , not disclosed after Hurricane Florence , as well as many poor Black devestated last week, isnt it time that we as a people who spend a trillion dollars a year and now 2018 have a communications technology that can make anything go viral within hours, have a National Black Cross EMS service ?? Garvey tried to form one , 100 years ago , cause he did not trust the newly created Red Cross , to serve the national Black community!
