Has Donald Trump completely lost it and made a serious misstep with these rantings about President Obama giving approval to wiretap his residence? So far, he has shown no proof, not even a glimmer of evidence that this is remotely true. Is it a distraction to draw the world's attention away from the Russian scandal that he is caught up in?
