    1 butternut squash
    2 acorn squash
    dates
    pecans
    coconut oil
    sea salt
    maple syrup (pure)
    cinammon sticks
    fresh ginger


    1 carve off the skin of the squash and then cut into 3x3 chunks

    2 boil the squash with a dash of sea salt, half a cup of dates and a quater cup pecans, 2 sticks of cinammon and a teaspoon of chopped ginger, 2 tablespoons coconut oil,

    until tender but not moosh

    walnuts, pine nuts, and raw cashews can be sbstituted for the pecans,
    and dried pineapple, dried apples, pears, figs,
    or raisins can be substituted for the dates,
    and raw honey can be substituted for,
    the maple syrup
