I don't really like the idea. It feels like...., I don't know, like a backhanded complement.
...Like a contradiction of some sort, given what money has come to represent and what
    "black moses" represents.

I see that and think what amerikkka has put the native american through, then turns
around name sport teams, streets, towns and states after native americans. 'My bad,
for what we did to you people, so let's make up for it. Lets put tubman on a 20 dollar
bill to make up for it".

    I vote NO.

Instead, put william the conqueror on that $20 bill.

While i appreciate our ancestors without question, I can't
    co sign on this.

We don't need symbolism we need realism.

You think Baltimore, Ferguson, NYC need symbolism?

    smh

    Rhetorical question.

Think about the so called first "black" president
resides over amerikkka, yet what do you see?

You want symbolism or more $20s

    Well said.

Symbolic gestures that don't amount to substantive
    improvement is quite an insult.

    Good question:

Will Harriet Tubman be on the next $20 bill?

Mankiller may get the nod based on political correctness, but Roosevelt should be knocked out since Susan B. Anthony broke that glass ceiling on the one dollar coin.

What is interesting though, is that the 10 dollar bill is up for redesign, while the 20 dollar bill is not. This makes Hamilton safe for now; but begs the question: is pushing for a change on the $20 bill intentional misdirection, while Hamilton goes unchanged?
