This has been my notion that leadership for today has to be dispersed with multi connectivity that cannot easily be targeted and destroyed. Here is a thread that touches on just this issue.

Thank you we really need to dialogue regarding this and get more input.
I find it to have been unfortunate that such an important subject to Black families was on the Brothers only list.
Our Sister's input is extremely important!

with all due respect I prefer to stay on threads dealing with things we can actually work on together, when you enter a party or club were folks are fighting the cool thing to do is leave.
