    My first thought...

because he felt he should have been up there instead of Obama:)

And then, I felt bad for thinking that.:(

Only he knows... and God of course.

    jesse cried

because he saw history being made
despite what an individual may feel about Jesse
he's been the since the civil rights era
when we are just trying to drink WATER out of the same fountain

Jesse cried because 400 years of high blood pressure

    FINALLY EASED

    somewhat

    the fight is NOT OVER

    it's just beginning

and this is a great start

I think he was crying for all who did not live to see this day, a day some thought would never arrive.

I think he was crying for all the pain, tears and heart break it took to claim this victory.

I think he was crying because he could see His and the efforts of so many others now being realised.

I think he was crying because America has given us all, hope for the future.

Indeed i agree with everyone above the man have walked beside KING
been in the deep depth of our struggle and poverty seen hardship and face'd racism
he weeps in joy for we have finally crossed over broke the colored wall to the most
powerful space in america , he weep form the pain and for all who died in this cause
on the trail of this very movement , he weep as he watch VICTORY and HISTORY be
made , he weeps just like millions of people did at that very moment in time , he weep
because him and billions would have never thought could happen and it did
he weep for the awesome and heavy voting turn out in history ......should we blame him
for acting out through emotions from the past pain that has keep us grounded
now we high and headed in a change direction Jesse was proud and so am i.

I think it was far deeper and more then a moment when his mind flash back from all
the past pain and hardship he and others went through in the 60's up to this day !
