It is a known fact that too much stress and/or worry can lead to high-blood pressure, but could we actually make our own blood pressure high? Yes, and there is a name for this disorder, something I call worry wort syndrome. Some of us sit and worry about little things, when in fact we already know they will be worked out. we pace the room, cry,shout,yell, and numerous actions. yet when it is all said and done we wonder why our b/p is so high. Some of us need to just relax, and do what the doctor never ordered pray. If you are experiencing high-blood pressure problems you might want to do some metitation or yoga to help mellow out your mood and your inner spirit as well. Taking those deep breathes from the old diaphram could actually teach you to be more calm and tranquil when it comes to stress.
