The Metaphysics behind "The Giving of Thanks..."

Why Do You bless your food but not your people?
You might say because I eat my food and my God provides my food but not my people. I disagree. We also consume those around us and those we are connected too with the same wave length. For example- many of us within this forum are on "the same wavelength" something I might say against someone here on my same wave pattern will affect them more so than someone who is not on their wave pattern.

Does that make sense?
Well, to provide more clues into this concept let's look at why we bless our food or give thanks. Most of us understand the religious reason but here is the metaphysical reason.

All food are containers for different types of energy that are transferred between living beings. Some of us are blessed enough that we might be eating food right from it's original source, from a tree or from the ground. That is natural living. Most of us however eat foods that have already been touched or interrupted by thousands of bodies, hands and fields of energy.

The secret to great health is not really all about eating meat or not eating meat, eating vegan or not eating vegan- however we do understand that it's about quality, and quality meaning what was the emotional- or "energy in motion" environment like for the food that we are eating. Red Meats for example absorbs energy around it quicker and faster, this is because of blood.
Now there are societies that still exist today that eat red meat even very raw meat at times and are healthier and stronger than those who are Vegan. Why? Because of the emotional quality of the animals they are eating. For such societies animals are hunted and killed in a very ritualistic fashion and the "grace" or giving of thanks is said to that animal that is giving up it's life as well as to their God or Deity for allowing the process to take place. Because of these rituals what happens is that the animal is less traumatized.

The chickens and cows that lay out on the plates of many people in our world today come from nothing else but stress, trauma and slavery. These animals are soaked in suffering and burden. The entire drug epidemic if researched correctly could be traced back to the metaphysical concept of transferring information from blood to blood. We are what we eat.

For our Ancients the saying of grace was more elaborate at times and even ritualistic. First of all meals are served in a group setting and it was usually accompanied by singing, the playing of instruments, dancing etc., all of this energy also goes into the food and thus fed directly into the cells of the body.

To go even deeper, this is how the intelligence of power and wisdom of a certain magicians or Spiritualist could be transferred from Man to Man, Woman to Woman or even from a single person to an entire tribe. It all depends on who "blessed" the food. Today we read of blessings in our bibles and think of them as just the expressing of words, as a Father gives a blessing to his Son before dying etc., while the expressing of words are still one of the most powerful methods in magic- these acts were usually part of larger rituals. Think of communion.

Blessing food was a very important process and starts from the moment of preparing it. This is another reason why people who eat allot of fast foods and foods preparing by sick hands lead very convoluted emotional lives. This is of course void of the proper means of "blessing" or cleansing food. What is true for the proper cleansing of crystals is also true for the cleansing of the salts that go into our meals. The secret is in the spices. Alcohol and wines etc, "spirits" are used as chasers also for meals also as a way of cleaning the emotional stains on foods and meats.

So what is true for food is also true for people. We are constantly interacting with people, and "your" people are basically those people who are on your same wave of energy, you are tied to them psychically regardless if we realize it our not we experience life on a web of existence to which millions upon millions of us are all experiencing the very same life patterns but from different angles and perspectives.

When you bless a person it should be for the same reason you bless your food and for the same purpose. Holy water for example is water that has been charged up by some type of ritual that generate positive fields of energy. Water kept within any state of purifying thoughts could be called "holy" water, as in whole and unbroken.

If we all took care of those who are on our same wave length and worried less about those who are not, we would be fine. Basically anyone who is not on your wavelength shouldn't matter to you anyway, you should already be conscious of the millions upon millions that are.

Someone on your wavelength doesn't have to be someone that agrees with your thoughts and life pattern 100%, but this is someone who is matched up with your mental energy is some way. When you perform any type of ritual to bless those people naturally you are also re-generating yourself. Just as the food you bless feeds your cells, when you bless your people that energy feeds your outer bodies, your aura, your emotional and etheric bodies.

It's all about the transfer of energy.

So Wives and Husbands during that next big Meal, instead of bowing heads and giving thanks to that God in the sky how about giving thanks to each other. How about the Husband saying- I thank my beautiful Wife for preparing this meal. And how about if the Wife said- I thank my wonderful Husband for providing the food to prepare this meal- or however the arrangement is in your family.

Like I said it's more than just expressing words, we also need to back those words up with rituals. The giving of thanks to your people should be backed up with rituals that charge up our bodies and minds with positive energy.
Know for a fact that you are absorbing the energy of all those around you. How do you cleanse yourself their negative energy? It takes ritual. Chanting, meditation, singing mantras, all of it helps.

Give thanks...

Yes...and this can of course and would be equally useful, in all our relationships...especially with US...
These sentiments, when expressed though the lens or frame of "mental/behavioral health" is consistent with many pf the principles, problems and encourage individuals, families, couples and groups practice. It is my practice to give credit where credit is due and acknowledge what has been shared.....even if is as simple as THANK YOU FOR SHARING!

Feed my Energy/Spirit! Cause I DO N E E D you.

Meta science, thanks for another drop,

especially: "The secret to great health is not really all about eating meat or not eating meat, eating vegan or not eating vegan- however we do understand that it's about quality, and quality meaning what was the emotional- or "energy in motion" environment like for the food that we are eating."

Every since I got into metaphysics and such and thoughts about the origins of things like praying, I realized that blessing the food with energy could be useful. I learned the food has its own properties on its own, but when programmed with intent can take on another purpose. This brings us to the point of the faith healer, who knew a potato chip could cure cancer? Or holy water, such and such.

It always comes back to melanin as melanin is the base of science, and is capable of true alchemy, turning any food into something else. Can a simple blessing of the food do this? Or is a ritual required? Maybe it depends on level on focus.

As a youngster when reading the bible I wondered why the elder blessed the child, and why children fought over the blessing if it was just simply words, but its so much more. Living in our hostile environment amongst our people (blacks), we probably curse eachother a lot more then we bless eachother as we are always in competition over something. Just my take.

One more thing bro Meta, I remember you saying you don't get sick, can you elaborate on that if its not too much?

Queen True, thank you for your "thoughtful food." If Destee.com had a potluck, and everyone could put down thoughts for others to eat, I'm certain your thoughts would be like medicine for the soul.

Bro.Tyab14 - I used to get a flu around December - January, flu season here in the South. And then I created an elixir mixed with apple cider vinegar, garlic, honey and echinacea. I gives you allot of energy as well. I can't remember the last time I had a cold or flu. I drink this elixir as least 2-3 times a week just about half a cup does the drink. Also drinking baking soda in water on an empty stomach helps your body stay healthy too.

In my mind, I imagine that I am creating a very hostile place for parasitic life, now there are good parasites too that help the body so you have to be careful not to kill off the wrong aliens. 99.9% of most diseases come from us not flushing out our system, it's like a backup septic tank.

My Queen is a passionate eater, and I'm what I would call an energy eater. I can eat a plain bowl of rice with no problem and she might look at me like I'm crazy. That's because I see that bowl of rice as something else, I imagine within that bowl of rice is all the energy I will need for the next 10 hours. I eat for energy, so I snack allot, when I had to think about something long and hard I might get some nuts and snack on that. Nuts, berries etc., are very good for "blessing" too,- think about how most Black folks shake up sunflower seeds in their hand before they eat them. When you hold small food in your right hand and shake it up you are pouring your own intent into it, be careful of your thoughts at that point. Salt especially captures that energy.

They say it's no good to eat and drink at the same time, but if you are eating from a restaurant, a good thing to do is order some water first and charge up the water with your voice. Or if the restaurant has a rich vibe you might be alright. It's all about generating the right energy because you are eating all of that, all the people around you are getting absorbed into your food.

Personally, I'm still learning about "soul" food. Pork and other meats retain allot of their energy from the previous consciousness. When I gave up pork and red meat many many years ago I noticed my concept of time and speed changed as well. But again we are talking about quality. Animals are spirits too. Could you imagine if there was something higher up on the food chain eating Black people? Wouldn't our energy and pain be transfered to them? Think about all the reports of people that had some type of transplant surgery, a heart especially and they start having dreams about the donor, or even behaving like them at times.

All the animals that we eat should be roaming freely in the wild and then hunted down respectfully. Nature already has this type of order arranged.
The slowest and weakest are always sacrificed.
