Black Entertainment : ???Why Did Hannibal Buress Put Bill Cosby On Blast???

The Difference Between an Ed.D and a Ph.D
The Proof Is In The Pudding:lol:
A Ph.D is given to an individual through a research degree'd program designed for that
individual whose career goals include teaching and conducting research at the university level; an academic degree

An Ed.D is given to an individual through their own generous and altruistic actions or lifetime accomplishments that benefit a community; a non-academic degree

Mr. Cosby has earned/been awarded an Ed.D therefore he shall never be entitled to place the word (Dr.) in front of his name until he first successfully completes a research degree'd program.

That Doctorate After Bill Cosby's name is no honorary freebie

Here's a snippet from Peoples Archives
June 6, 1997 Vol 7 No. 22

"... That anyway was what seemed to be happening at the 107th commencement of the University of Massachusetts late in May as a crowd of 20,000 whooped at the proclamation of William Henry Cosby Jr. as "Doctor of Education." But this time, as the creator of Fat Albert, Dumb Donald, Old Weird Harold and other Philadelphia rowdies stepped forward in his hooded School of Education gown, the sheepskin was not being pulled over anybody's eyes. This was an un-honorary degree. Bill Cosby, at 39, had earned his Ed.D...''

His dissertation was entitled: "An Integration of the Visual Media Via 'Fat Albert And The Cosby Kids' Into the Elementary School Curriculum as a Teaching Aid and Vehicle to Achieve Increased Learning".

The difference between an Ed.D. and a Ph.D. are clear. Mr. Cosby has a Ed.D

Source

Here is a snippet:

"...Bill Cosby never earned a Ph.D., and it is therefore inappropriate to place "Ph.D." behind his name. The difference between a Ph.D. and an Ed.D. is significant...Bill Cosby has received multiple "honorary degrees", most commonly a degree called a "Doctor of Honorary Letters". But Cosby has never received a Ph.D..."

"...In 2005, Bill Cosby testified under oath that he gave The National Enquirer an exclusive interview in exchange for the tabloid's promise to spike a story about a previously undisclosed sexual assault allegation from a woman named Beth Ferrier. "I would give them an exclusive story, my words," Cosby said in the testimony. And in return, "[The National Enquirer] would not print the story of -- print Beth's story."

Just when eye think the dust has settled a new cloud appears....

"...Ferrier, who was Jane Doe #5 in Andrea Constand's civil suit against Cosby, said she experienced a lot of backlash after that story ran..."

"...Constand's identity was disclosed by her parents, who are speaking out about their daughter's accusations. "She feels a sense of betrayal and feels justice has to prevail," her father, Andy Constand, told the Toronto Sun, adding that his daughter previously considered Cosby a "great friend and mentor..."

Bill Cosby Under Fire -- originally published 12/18/2006 at 1am/EST
",..What Cosby never mentioned was the civil lawsuit he settled just two days earlier with Andrea Constand, 32, a former Temple University employee who claimed Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her in his Philadelphia-area mansion in 2004. Constand's lawyers Dolores Troiani and Bebe Kivitz ended up with 13 witnesses, most referred to in court documents as "Jane Does," who came forward voluntarily with strikingly similar claims of drugging and or abuse by Cosby. Terms of the settlement, reached before any of the women could testify, were not disclosed. But PEOPLE reporters have interviewed five of the women and share three of their stories now..."

This entire debacle is wayyyy past castration and the point made by Mr. Buress was clear --just not known by the masses. There isn't a day eye open my computer each day that news about Bill Cosby surfaces. And as eye continue to say "where there is smoke there is fire"'.

Now there is news that after 14 days Bill Cosby will talk about the allegations. Too, late.

Eye remember how enraged Mike Dyson was about that crazy mess Mr. Cosby said at the NAACP 50th Anniversary of the Brown vs. Topeka Board of Education Supreme Court Decision.

The more puzzling thing about it is how the story is actually older than the person who attempted to revive their "comedy career" on it.

Still waiting for someone to present some funny material from the fella.
Like he watched Key and Peele and then thought "I am funny like them too"

Comedy is not about paying for a laugh-track or trying to knock down a comedian that probably mellowed the scene for this young brother to get paid to be corny.

Dave Chappelle had to leave because his audience started to change, so this goes back to the Apollo test and who would pass.

It's hard to see the product that we have created begin to sprout up, and not wonder are we responsible for being complacent in remaining too quiet?

It's time to discuss the coons fam, seriously.

Cosby would have never disrespected Pryor, and Pryor would have never disrespected Gregory, and if so it would have not involve "white media".

So who gave this dude the name "Hannibal"?

Hannibal Barca, son of Hamilcar Barca (247 – 183/182/181 BC) was a Punic Carthaginian military commander, generally considered one of the greatest military commanders in history. His father, Hamilcar Barca, was the leading Carthaginian commander during the First Punic War, his younger brothers were Mago and Hasdrubal, and he was brother-in-law to Hasdrubal the Fair.

Hannibal lived during a period of great tension in the Mediterranean, when the Roman Republic established its supremacy over other great powers such as Carthage, the Hellenistic kingdoms of Macedon, Syracuse, and the Seleucid empire.

OR

Dr. Hannibal Lecter is a fictional character in a series of suspense novels by Thomas Harris.

Lecter was introduced in the 1981 thriller novel Red Dragon as a forensic psychiatrist and cannibalistic serial killer. The novel and its sequel, The Silence of the Lambs, feature Lecter as one of the primary antagonists after the two serial killers in both novels. In the third novel, Hannibal, Lecter becomes a protagonist. His role as the antihero occurs in the fourth novel, Hannibal Rising, which explores his childhood and development into a serial killer.

Hannibal just seems a bit hungry, and obvious is obvious.

He will have a TV show soon on NBC, might be another Wayne Brady, who knows.
