    I came into this situation
    With my eyes closed
    Legs spread
    Head bangin against the bed
    Hip raised
    A-n-d
***** leakin from the aftermath of this ****** semen
    My hair a mess……
    Sheets a mess…………
    I s-w-e-a-r this ****** sex wasn’t even the best
And now my womb his seeds posses
    Got my mind confused
    Soul abused
I guess I’m just a black girl lost in this situation
    No more “What the deals”
This ***** had the nerve to say
He was trying to keep it real with me
And that I should just consider myself played
    Like the phrase
And now I got nine months to stop smoking blunts
And to leave this ***** “Henny” alone
**** had it not been for his ***
    This ***** I wouldn’t have boned
And now my child is kickin me
    Or maybe baby
I got to much liquor in me
Or is it that my child knows
    The situation
    Daddies gone
As mommy listens to sad luv songs of he
And mommy wishes that daddy could be here with we
    Water breaks
Deep breathes I take as he comes through my body
    In shock
One year later my child can now walk and talk
    With no father around
This black girl (me) with child head hangs down
But once again I find myself with my eyes closed
    Legs spread
    Head bangin against the bed
    This time
What would have been nine months from now
    Is now dead
Have I aborted the next Micheal Jordan?
    Uneducated words whisper
“Why are U still here in my ear?”
And as I head for the bridge I see my child
    With tears in his eyes
And that black man that I ****** and loved
    Now I despise
    And many wonder

saddened by the reality of this...

    i'm sorry
for the OH SO MANY TEARS
    men have caused you
    frankly, Boo
    i don't understand why anyone
    wouLd force grief
    on you
    but
    it's true
    heads bangin' against beds
    legs spread
    baby and emotions dead
    over what he said
    **** Boo
    say it ain't true.

    THIS BE REAL.

    Man....

thats was something serious. And I can't even say i feel your pain...I wouldn't want to....
    But I always say...
    Never turn away...
    from things so dear....
Never walk away...just because of fear.
    You live with regrets....
    Promises Never met...
But never forget...but the truest person you can ever have is you...
And if you keep focus you can do anything you want to do.
You got set back..not held back...
So you can now play some Aretha Franklin "A Rose"...
    Pick up that head...
Turn sideways on the bed!!! ;)
    And keep on truckin...
    And let a ***** know...
    this time....
    You ain't ******!!!!

We often make mistakes in our lives and live with tons of regrets but it is not until we can accept those mistakes and understand what we did wrong til we can truly move on. Because holding on to it only makes things worse and possibly will cause you to do it again. Just another regret mad cause you done did it again. Loved this flow...it had an excellent pattern. And was deeply scribed.
Our black women cry with veils upon their face...
At times put in predictaments that set them out of place.....
But know that regardless of the mistake...
We can...and will always make a way...

AT THE CROSS ROAD IN LIFE

WELCOME TO THE CIRCLE OF LIFE
pain and shame be not forth your heart is
still pure and sweet yet i can't understand
why a brutha would do such a thing to a
    queen whom bare child
legs wide hips up head banggin'
    sweet moans of misguided feelin'
emotions striped apart and tears flow
coz of red lies and dishonor
he only was a faze of lust in the heat of da moment
we all get caught in this thing yet we find self
    standing again !
    my dearest
forgive ya soul forth u was only lost
comfort ya thoughts and wipe away the tears
let ya heart not be cold
and move forward wit child of hi spirit
ask for GOD's hand as he guige u too
    real love in life
    keep ya head up
and remember u can lean on me.........
i be not far just above u in flight>>>>>>>>$R

    Hello Nappy

This is a very, very touching flow. It is a painful reality for many women.
The most important thing we can do about our mistakes, is to learn from them and do our best not to repeat them.

    Powerful flow sistah.
