First it was Fantasia, then Gabrielle Union, then Alicia Keys. These women could have just about any man they want, yet they choose to sip out of some other woman's coffee.

Are they bored with single men and looking for a challenge?

Is a perceived lack of choices among black men driving this trend?

Are they naive enough to think that they're so spectacular that a man that would cheat on his wife to be with them would never cheat on them to be with someone else?

    Does morality no longer exist?

And finally, why the double standard? I have yet to hear anyone say anything negative about Dwyane Wade, Antwaun Cook, or Swizz Beatz. They're the ones who broke their marriage vows. Shouldn't they be the ones under fire?

What makes you think they can have just about any man they want?

Well, I don't know too many men that would turn down the opportunity to be with Alicia Keys or Gabrielle Union. And obviously a man with a wife isn't a barrier for them, so....

"And finally, why the double standard?"
But isn't that the way its always been - just like in the whole dating thing...
If a guy's seen out with 2, 3 or more girls in a week then he's the man
    If a girl's seen out with more than 1 guy in a month she's a sl*t
Don't think those attitudes are going to change anytime soon

Gabrielle Union shouldn't be in this category...her boyfriend's ex is just a psycho.

The rest? Alicia keys has a big ego, and Fantasia poor thing has very very low self esteem.

What difference does it make about his wife? Yes, his WIFE, not his ex. They were still married when the affair started, so Gabrielle very much should be in this category.
He had been with his wife since high school, so he had to have known her pretty well. If she was really that psycho why did he marry her? And again, why are all of your negative comments are directed towards the women? They aren't the ones who broke their vows.

From what i've read on-line, Gabrielle's boyfriend was separated from his wife when they met.. and there was some other stuff that is going on between the guy and his Ex- some law suit about exposing her kids to unsavory acts or something like....that's the reason I called her a psycho. The Ex never made a statement in public blaming Gabrielle for the break up of her marriage, but it is obvious she has a axe to grind.. which is not usual when couples divorce.

And the women do look bad, especially fantasia who professes her faith in God in every interview. I feel bad for her because she has not had it easy.

    Alicia Keys? blah:10500:

Separated is not the same thing as divorced. Besides, the vast majority of married men who cheat claim to either be "separated" or have marital "issues". Sometimes it's the case, many times it isn't. They say it to get what they want and to make the other woman feel less guilty about having an affair. Not that it really matters. Until the divorce papers are in hand, you are still, by law, married.

And heck yeah she had an axe to grind. Rightfully so! If my husband was sleeping with another woman and flaunting it in front of our kids and in front of the cameras, I'd have an axe to grind too, and so would you if your wife were publicly having an affair.

The reason she sued was because her husband and Gabrielle were doing their thing in front of the kids. Imagine you and your kids turning on the Lakers game and seeing your wife (and your kid's mommy) snuggled up next to Kobe during halftime. How do you explain that to your kids?
Is she hurt, bitter, and looking for revenge? Yes. Is she psycho, not at all.
