Why Colin Powell?

He understands foreign policy. And now that he understands being mistreated on the basis of color...even if he didn't understand it before...he will be more apt to ensure that the people who need help the most get the most help. Also, his military background allows him to think strategically, which is a big plus for anyone attempting to ensure that the people who need help the most get the most help. That way they don't end up trying just anything.
