    Will the Pistons Repeat?
Do you see the Spurs reclaiming the throne?
Is Shaq going to take the Heat to the finals?
How will the Lakers do with Kobe as the star?

In my mind the NBA is wide open this year, the most I have ever seen. Who do you think will win it all? :bball:

Right now in the EAST it's wide open as i see it but the Pistons will
be around claiming a playoff spot but they will have a challenge dealing
with J. O'neal and the PACERS , Miami can steal the show in the (southeast)
over Magic , Hawks , Hornets , but in the (Atlantic) 76ers will be strong now
that the NETS traded k-mart they will be in the hunt ! in the (central)
PISTONS , CAVS , PACERS will be in a dog fight to win this Division ..

look for in the EASTERN conference
    PACERS
    76ERS
    HEAT
and the fight of PISTONS & CAVS & NETS for the spot

In the WEST..... the Lakers is no longer any factor here might get a
wildcard birth to the playoffs i see Houston] with Ming & T-Mac
indeed i'm riding with the T-Wolves and Garnett this year Memphis
will show they on the rise and beat some contenders don't count these
guys out the (southwest) MEMPHIS , HOUSTON , SPURS will battle it out
all will be strong teams in the (Pacific) KINGS & SUNS will rule the Lakers
will fall after the many trades and Kobe will now have to prove himself as
a pure leader in the (Northwest) T-wolves will be hard to beat and DENVER
might make some noise this year as well .
    IN the WESTERN conference
    T-Wolves
    SPURS
    KINGS
and HOUSTON , DENVER , MEMPHIS , PHOENIX all will be making waves for a spot

again beware of MEMPHIS this year !

NBA title is between the T-Wolves and KINGS or suprising MEMPHIS

these are my pre-game calls once i get the full stats and season start
i'll be able to make a more mindful call on who will be in the winners circle
    for 2005.

Pistons can repeat if they come with the same intensity as they did last year in the playoffs. It will be between Spurs and Pistons in the finals. Timberwovles might upset San Antonio though. Look out for Denver. It will be the Pistons in the East though. Shaq will not take the Heat to the finals. They will go far, but I don't think they'll make the finals until next year. Lakers will not go far in the playoffs. They will have a good run during the season, but Kobe will continue to be selfish and alienate his teammates now that he's the 'boss". No one to counter Kobe now that Shaq is gone. He will take his teammates out of the mix and lead them to an early playoff exit.

I agree Kobe will have his best year....but that doesn't mean his team will. I think they'll suffer because now he definately doesn't have to share the ball.
:ref: He'll lead the league in scoring but I think the Lakers will suffer in the process. I think the best thing for a team will "Kobe the ball-hog" is someone else that demands that he pass and share the rock. There is no one there that is on his level so he will only pass when he's good and ready. That's no way for a team to win. Unless he changes his game for the good of the team, now that it is exclusively his team, I think the Lakers will suffer for his selfishness.

I think Kobe will probably lead the NBA in scoring this year too, but that achievement is meaningless compared to winning a title

miami will take the east....and might take the championship against minnesota
both teams have balanced attacks...and a dominant low post personality...
it should be interesting....the lakers will have to fight to make the playoffs...reminicent of the pre-scotty pippen bulls....

    one love
