Black People : White Teacher Awarded $307,000 in Charleston, SC for Racial Discrimination...

I love it when folks say " it's not about the money and then go on to sue someone or something for hundreds of thousands of dollars" ...if it's not about the money then sue them for 5 or 10 dollars or for your lawyer fees ........Aside for that issue I don't think she should have gotten any money out of it ............but...............if what she says is true............kids shouldn't be at school cursing and talking crazy to teachers in the first place..........number 1 it's disrespectful, 2. it keeps the kids that are trying to learn something from learning by completely disrupting the class......

If I heard once that one of mine cursed a teacher out or called her/him out of their name I'd get deep in their arse.....that behavior is not tolerated from mine nor was it tolerated from me when I was in school.....I personally think that whole situation was screwed up .......like a football bat...

Yeah, it's never about the money when it is always about the money. We have definitely have lowered our standards and expectations of our youths and if the ship isn't righted soon it on a collision course for devastating failure. My folks didn't tolerate the disrespect and neither did I. It starts and ends at home...
