First, this is a briefing of the new Emergency Alert System from 2010.

The System is supposedly automated and does not require the digital service provider to do anything or even have knowledge of it as the signal is hijacked essentially to relay the alerts.

"in the event of a biological or radiological ATTACK"

This term "ATTACK" was used a few years later as well, this year...

--Here is the July 30th, 2014 U.S. Department of State briefing portion that occurs around the 54 minute mark

    • If anyone has good eyes and ears... pay attention to the second time when she comes across the word "ATTACK", and decides to ad lib/self edit and replace it with the term "OUTBREAK".

--Here is the complete U.S. Department of State briefing (for anyone looking for it)
Much of the back and forth was about the bombing of innocent Palestinians

In the briefing this "demon" hesitates about denouncing the bombing of thousands of innocent civilians, just because she doesn't have the facts.

Kind of refreshing to see some "humans" still alive to corner these demons, and reveal how bad these "demons" have become at covering their mess lately.

Here was another "demon" with a similar tone from the Clinton Installment Era

But here is the test run that supposedly caught everyone including the broadcasters by surprise

The "White House/FEMA" seemingly made a boo boo (or was it intentional?) and activated their Emergency Alert System in a number of US of A Inc. states...

President Barack Obama said that the Ebola outbreak attention in the United States could be a "trial run" for a deadly airborne disease that is easier to catch in the future.

We know what he was trying to say... but he still said what he said.
