This is another case of white collar privilage. No jail time, No record. Jeb Bush even pardoned him and this man is Major again in Florida. Not even a good slap on the wrist. Because it was determined there was no real intent to break the law.

Try that next time your pulled over for speeding! Tell them there was no real intent to break the law, and then call Bush. :pie:

" The Florida Department of Law Enforcement spent more than a year investigating the case. But Wednesday, King said he doesn't think any of the defendants meant to break the law.

"There was no evil intent on these people's part," King said. "They did not believe they violated the law."

Under agreements with King, each of the four agreed to pay $500 to defray the cost of the FDLE's investigation -- an amount the prosecutor acknowledged would not cover the expense of a probe that took more than a year, involved a slew of investigators from Orlando and Tallahassee, and generated more than 1,600 pages of legal documents. "
