Now this is getting very strange........:em3700:

Why would amerikkka be sending troops and warships into egypt and the red sea.....I'm telling you this is a prelude to the showdown that will destroy this babylonian empire called amerikkka, in the same area/region that the old ancient babylon was destroyed by the creator!

I think all these are bad signs of whats coming for amerikkka(babylon), again the return of the motherland and our people(lost tribes) to our rightful place in the SUN....and how fitting isn't it that Egypt is the stirring point, the land of the blacks, that has been attacked and infiltrated,by this arab and european, only now to set the last stages for their exodus and destruction in the same area as ancient babylon.

You can't tell me the stirring up in the north afrikan region now populated by hybridized arab colonizers, is not coming unraveled and in chaos due to our creator's hand shaking up this region, and low and behold the daddy "devil" in this white man out of europa and its amerikkkan colony, is now begginning to build up in the region as well.......hmmmmmmm.....

"Earlier in the day, US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton voiced her support for the embattled Mubarak, alleging that his early exit could raise electoral complications.

Washington is sending warships and other military assets to Egypt. Two US warships have already arrived in the Red Sea, one of which is carrying up to 800 troops.

Officials in Washington say the US is preparing for a possible evacuation of Americans from Egypt. Meanwhile, a US aircraft carrier has been ordered to abort its mission and stay in the Mediterranean."

I may not like alot of Barrack Obama's neocon policies

but I would not call the commander and chief of the fleet sent there a white boy

Maybe he was conning the Egyptians when he promised change,
the way he conned us here,

    but this scenario

of removing a dictator and replacing them with who knows what has been going on quite a while

    who could forget

Marcos, Noriega, Baby Doc, Idi Amin, Saddam Hussein and Pinochet?

Despite the shocking violence inflicted on civilian protesters by state security forces and agents, Washington refuses to cut off its money flow to the Egyptian regime. Hollow and cynical rhetoric from US president Obama countenancing the protesters’ rights and demands for democracy is fooling no-one in Egypt. The US government is clearly on the side of the regime and the people know it.

Now, it seems, Washington is stepping up its intervention, with the arrival of three warships, including an aircraft carrier and over 800 troops. The Pentagon denies that it is planning to intervene militarily in the Egyptian revolution, saying that the warships are to oversee any evacuation of American personnel from the country that may become necessary.

Such claims ring hollow. As US secretary of state Hillary Clinton let slip recently when she described the uprising in Egypt (and across the region) as a “perfect storm” for US interests, Washington cannot afford to “lose” the most populous Arab country to democracy. Put another way, Washington’s geopolitical influence would be severely hampered, indeed overturned, if the Egyptian people succeed in freeing themselves from under the US boot. The fatal ramifications for Washington’s other garrison in the region, Israel, and for the Pentagon’s criminal wars of imperialism cannot be understated.

While Washington may maneouvre a new political face in Egypt under the guise of an “orderly transition”, the essential fact is this: Washington has to and will at all costs defend its Egyptian garrison. What’s at stake is not just whether democracy is won by the people of Egypt. What’s at stake is the US empire.

Dr Frankenstein's monsters are his business

and that business is called Fascism
    or global hegemony

Washington has bankrolled the Mubarak regime with $1.5 billion a year for the past 30 years.
Much of this support is in the form of military equipment and training.
The people on the streets of Egypt are all too aware that their country was turned into a giant US-serving military garrison and torture chamber thanks to Washington’s cash. Mubarak, who ruled his country with an iron fist against his people on behalf of the US,
is estimated to have amassed a personal family fortune of $70 billion for his loyal services to Washington.

In Egypt, a devastating IMF program was imposed in 1991 at the height of the Gulf War. It was negotiated in exchange for the annulment of Egypt's multibillion dollar military debt to the US as well as its participation in the war.
The resulting deregulation of food prices, sweeping privatisation and massive austerity measures led to the impoverishment of the Egyptian population and the destabilization of its economy.
The Mubarak government was praised as a model "IMF pupil".

The role of Ben Ali's government in Tunisia was to enforce the IMF's deadly economic medicine, which over a period of more than twenty years served to destabilize the national economy and impoverish the Tunisian population.
Over the last 23 years, economic and social policy in Tunisia has been dictated by the Washington Consensus.

Both Hosni Mubarak and Ben Ali stayed in power because their governments obeyed and effectively enforced the diktats of the IMF.

From Pinochet and Videla to Baby Doc, Ben Ali and Mubarak, dictators have been installed by Washington.

Oh no i wasn't saying that, i mean that the chinese are even intruding into the motherland in the guise of helping, when in fact they want to head off the european/amerikkkan positioning, while the arab is the little flukey....

I know our people is protected very well, by more than just armies, the chinese and anybody else know to tread lightly, now they have the military, but as seti was pointing out,and what i was saying in my opening post, that this is obviously nature at work, thats more powerful than anyone wants to believe, that is stirring this pot, and now you're getting all these so called powers heading to a showdown, in the same area that ancient babylon was destroyed, i see this is as very symbolic.......

Thats why i said no one can tell me that these aren't all signs of whats coming, the north afrikan region is being cleansed, i'm telling you, you see south sudan forced its independence, and then all the following chaos in the northern regions followed....this is symbolic......believe me!

I love and respect you brother,
and I respect the views of our contemporary community based scholars and philosophers

but not a doggone thing is gonna happen to Africa until Africans have a race first consciousness
And when Malcolm was alive and meeting with Kwame, and other liberators, that was starting to happen,

    and Arabs like Gamal Nasser,
    not only respected
that but he honored that as well,
and realized that his Egypt had to be African first and
    Arab last.
and calling Kemet the UAR scared the what not out of Arab dictators serving Europe and the US interests, in that it presented an example of socialism for all Arabs to see

And the Corporate Oligarchy have had Moobie-Racks in our Kemet , dawging the masses ever since Nasser was assasinated

So until we unify, As Black first, we gets no respect.

    Just my opinion.

I dont think what amounts to popular uprisings in Egypt, Tunisia and Yemen are "backed by the cia".

No. These are youth led movements demanding a more democratic form of government and are anti-dictatorship in nature. These movements have been gaining momentum since the southern Sudanese referendum for independence, which also has triggered demonstrations against Bashir in northern Sudan.

If anything, the cia is backing the police-intelligence complex in Egypt trying to prevent another situation which occured in Iran back in 1979.

I dont know how many folks here were old enough to remember those demonstrations against the Shah and the US intervention which prompted the Iran hostage crisis but I was active in those demonstrations, working with Iranian student groups here in the US and this present movement is alot more volatile because it has no clear political and ideological leadership. These are grass-roots-led MASS mobilizations based on social networking which is a totally new and unprecedented form of political action.
