Addendum: I just wanted to state, that I don't think that any of us talk about religion and/or spirituality, just for discussion's sake.

Why do you do it ?

The Absolute answer to this question is:None of them!

With that being the case ... why do we put so much energy into them?

Seems much more logical, to put our energies into those things that have yielded the type of results we need to see.

As stated, I see spiritual growth, awareness, and development as primary tools in achieving the freedom that we both seek.

I disagree ... freedom means medicine, hospitals, industries, self-reliance ... tangible things.

Why must our freedom only be in our mind?

Agreed.

PEACE

Not a one can nor will free us as people from oppression
we have been program to these many different beliefs to follow
and worship to be glorify in what was a teaching to us .

we put so much into what we have been program to believe is why
we discuss it so.

I learn not to hold belief but my own fate in faith that i am
we will forever be enslaved through our mindset freedom is unknown

the only freedom from any struggle / oppression and poverty is DEATH !

so it be written / so shall it be done.
