I'm talking about the Diva that is Chaka. This woman made I'm Every Woman and still I don't hear her mentioned much. Is it just age? This woman has an incredible voice. Her new album Classikhan is a step in the right direction for her. Where is the recognition for tearing it down? Check out her stuff from the past as well as the new album to get my point if u don't.

SMH @ James and Pan. Ya'll aren't about to forget about her preferences are ya? LOL I have always been a fan of Chaka's. Her voice is strong and unique. I don't buy too many cds. She had one a while back, that I wasn't thrilled with, although I still loved that voice. If I find that I like more than just a couple of the cuts on the new cd, perhaps I'll purchase it.

Last time I heard her sing live (which was with Kanye West), she sounded terrible....like her weight is affecting her singing abilities. That would make me believe that her CD wouldn't be worth it.
