[Heartbeat]

There is only one place
Where love truly lives
In our hearts
That’s where it is

Right now
In that most sacred place it is raining
The skies above our souls are gray
Hold on to our love
Through this and every day

Without strength to resist
Strength lost so long ago
We fell
We’re still falling
But upward we go

So many directions
Immovable objects
Confusing vibrations
Unyielding situations
It is our way
The price we pay

Every question we ask
The answer is there to see
In our hearts
Where love lives exclusively
Completely
Eternally

Know you love me
As I know I love you
Look to our hearts
Where love is true

Our hearts
That’s where it’s at
That’s what it is
Hearts beating for each other
Where true love lives
