Which African country offers the best opportunity for jobs, affordable housing and cultural acceptance?

A young couple starting out probably only has about $2,000 a month to spare... assuming they have 1 or 2 kids. What places in Africa could accommodate this level of income while still being middle-class?

I've been wondering the same thing.

But I'm wishing to move somewhere that is not necessarily the city. Would the country change then? I am not sure I want to move from the USA to a place trying to be the USA. Would I find that in South Africa?

Everywhere is "trying to be the USA", if you didn't know it. If you want to move to "the bush", that shouldn't be hard to do.

I'm sure moving there wouldn't be hard. It's integration I am concerned about. As an American youth I have not many marketable skills... about all I could offer is my Montessori education, which is prevalent in a lot of countries that aren't the USA. I think I will look more into Earth Ships, then, and smaller communities that are starting up. That is more what I am looking for.

Is there any other parts for single professionals?

A city where my skills can build the economy and even a community?
