For BLACK PEOPLE to make progress as a National political body we must look at ourselves with a spirit of self-criticism which allows us to purge ourselves of reactionary elements and tendencies so we can develop pro-active strategies and solutions. Therefore, I ask is the quote above a true statement? Who among us has ATTACKED "the idea and concept of a national Black political agenda"? Secondly, who, in setting a national agenda, has determined that a fundamental objective is to "put our folks in the senate"? Is "putting our folks in the senate" a strategy that will lead us to self-determination and national liberation?
