there comes a time when the womb is full
and the aches and pains of life up until now
are a reflection on how you’ve lived your life
how some women have lived right and never feel pain
when their womb is full

and some women have lived life by their hearts
and have made mistakes and ended lives
and stopped their ability to create
and when their womb is full
they are in constant pain from the reminders

and some women have never really cared
because they don’t have regrets but then made one
big mistake that they must carry for the rest of their lives
and now when their womb is full, they do care7
because it’s a reminder of the hell they’ve put upon themselves

when the womb is full and then sheds itself
it’s natures way of saying lets start fresh let’s build anew
but it’s also a reminder of what you may never have
hurts you have once endured
pains that you can push to the back of your mind
until once again the womb is full

wish that there was no such connection
but the connection is all too real
i wonder those who have had their womb removed
does the pain now stop...do they heal?
or is the total absence of the womb
just another cross to bear...for real

when the womb is full

I HEAR YOU AND I FEEL YOU TOO!

Three times my womb was full , only one survived...the pain so great the womb so full it turned into a downward pull and as I said goodbye to my last chance of reproduction I felt less than a woman....until! The womb that was ,was no more, but there is still so much in store! I have the phantom pains each month and still countdown to this one and that ones intended birth...and I mourn for my babies whose only sin was a womb to weak to carry them in...."Do not weep for what you lost, Thank God for what you have!"

Blessings On Ya House!

Poignant piece my sista , deep ,deep!;)

I love the analogy between the womb and life ( of a woman )...

it is said that we cannot retain all memories, so we only remember those which have had an impact in some way, so too for life experiences I think, we go through them for a reason, and sometimes that reason is not clear...and sometimes we have to remember we are only human and come with faults, so we are bound to make mistakes, have regrets....
