    some poet words swerve
and need to be kick to da curve
cause reality can un-nerve da best of men
    testin men and women
    passed down to their children
while we need to be buildin
poets be worried about loot and ***
    and wonderin why
    life passes by fast
    no need to attend mass
    when mental is crass....

    dude..you ripped this piece...much respect
    one love

    You wrote quite a gem
    you produced quite a flow
    bout poets laying down words
    and letting inhibitions go
    never knowing how the phrases
will effect the reader, it's true
as the verses penetrate the psyche
a part of me becomes a part of you

Diggin the vibe here poet. Flow on.

    The death of a poet
reminds me of the death of the legendary phoenix
    amidst the pain
our spirit will live through the words,
for the words of a poet have wings...

    nice scribe poet
    keep the flow goin

    freakin awesome flow

let my life not be in vain
and through my words can I live again
a testament to the life drama I've been through
putting my words to paper I will do

    WOW liking this very much!

    Keita

This is one of your best ones yet. Brother you shot this out like a cannon. I like the thoughts of the funeral. I would want my last hour for my body to be viewed on this earth to be like that.

Set up your funeral and do it with style,
make the undertaker fix your face in a smile...
make em play some music, make the funeral home thump,
place hydrolics on your casket so your body can jump.

Fix your casket with tweeters and sub woofers too,
to ensure that everybody hears this last poem from you.
Cause when poets die, there's little to be heard,
so make your last night the night that all hear your words

Convey all your thoughts and feelings in depth,
paralyze their minds so they'll never forget...

This is what I'm talking about. Paralyzing flow. :terrific:

Keita...you are truly, one of the most prolific writers within our family...
and indeed, a poet should always write as though it were there last time
picking up a pen...thus, there would always be a masterpiece created
and they would always be heard...

    Feeling the message,
    Sage
