Brother James ... i don't know the answer to your question, but i'm wondering why you asked it.

Are you wanting to visit or move to the most "westernized place in Africa?"

If so, why leave here, if you're seeking "westernized?"

No doubt, attached to that westernized water, power, sewage, internet, etc., is westernized racism we experience here.

I'm not saying that, i don't know that ... but you defined these things yourself as "westernized."

Can you name any westernized stuff, that is free of systemic racism?

This reminds me of the stories i've heard tell of, when our Ancestors were freed from slavery, but didn't want to leave the plantation. It was all they knew, and they feared what lay beyond the confines of the plantation.

It's all a part of the conditioning they've put in us.

i live in the US by choice because i prefer it here. i would suggest that you do too.

why attack me for that? does enjoying my life make me somehow suspect?
you can see the glass as half empty or you can see it as half full. that is your choice.

    i chose to be positive.

i really don't feel i should be criticized for that choice.

Brother James, I don't know the facts to answer your question with any certainty but, if I was to guess, I'm thinking two of the most westernized cities in Africa might be Capetown and Johannesburg, South Africa. I know people from there and when they compare infrastructures, they say that they exceed the United States in many areas.

Sis, this is exactly the point. Many of us don't realize that we have dependable electricity and all of these other creature comforts because we live in a part of the world that is willing to oppress or do whatever it takes (steal, rob, kill, oppress, cheat, etc.) to most of the the rest of the world (non-whites) in order for us to maintain our high standard of living here.

It's apparent to me that there aren't ENOUGH resources for everyone in the world to live comfortably. Some peoples, groups, countries, etc. are going to be seriously shortchanged. My main gripe in this regard is why should only or mainly non-whites be shortchanged.

So a key question here is what are WE willing to give up/sacrifice in order to be "free"?

i believe that there are more than enough resources.
i think the actual problem is the unfair and unreasonable distribution of those resources.

I agree that there may be enough RAW resources on earth, but I should have said there aren't enough resources that are refined and or developed to the extent that people can use them.

For ex. we know that Africa is resource-rich, but is so far unable to develop the resources to be used to meet the needs of the people there.

The west is resource-poor but has the technology to develop resources as well as the weaponry needed to take the resources from Africa, the middle east (Iraq war), and other places, thus if you live in the west, you have an excess amount of creature comforts at the expense of others.

I agree that this is unfair, but I hope that none of us is holding their breath waiting for life to be fair.

technology and weaponry are eminently portable.
i believe the problem with Africa is that it has been largely colonized. it's resources are stolen.
if you could stop the theft, Africa would be well off.
