How does one refer to the Creator of the universe? How does one describe the totality of reality using a language that was designed to describe illusion?

If I call the Creator a "he" then I deny the female aspect. One cannot give what one does not have. If there is no female aspect in the Creator then no female could have been created.

If I refer to the Creator *** a "she" once again I deny the male aspect.

Some people deal with this problem by referring to the Creator as an "it." I cannot prepare my mind to do that. So what is a possible solution for me and maybe for you?

How about if we use the word "One." as in "If there is no female aspect in the Creator then One could not create a female."

    Think about what this means.

I think that you should refer to the creator as "The Most High" therefore no gender or anything only referring to the highest being in existence.

What about a pronoun? That is where our languages forces us to use a gender based reference. That is what I am talking about.

In the Spirit of Sankofa and Real Truth!

Good choice sister river...throughout the Old and New Testaments, many refer to the Creator as "One." In addition, they apply modifiers such as adjectives/adverbs in front of the pronoun; Just One, Holy One and mighty One, etc...

Sometimes I amusingly refer to it as the great 'It-Is' because it is what it is and I don't know what the hell 'it' is but it is.

But I know what it aint and whatever 'It-Is' is, that's what it is.

'It-Is' is not a 'creator.' It-Is is a force that can be measured, studied, analyzed and quantified (i.e., science).

And yet... It-Is is something that is just beyond and above the realm of science, the METAphysical (beyond the physical).

But we interact with the great It-Is everyday. We are the great It-Is.
We control the great It-Is. The great It-Is permeates everything.

What is the great It-Is? It is what it is. It's me. It's you. It's everything and anything.

It is all that and all that can be done with it and yet..... I have no idea what 'It-Is' is. I don't even know if It-Is exist. It's the Matrix.

Genderless, not androgynous, but beyond gender, and the concept iof gender

but really some religions speak of
    "cleaving to the Creator"
or binding oneself to the Creator

some religions speak about submitting to the will of the Creator

Whether or not the proponents of those religions, actuate the philosophy they espouse or are hypocrates,
the ideology seems to be a sound one.

Since we view in most spiritualities the Creator as a parent, then the 2 things a Real Parent does is Love, Provide,
and set about principles for the betterment and continuation of the family.

Many religious texts from the Taoist Chuang-tze, to Black Elk of the Lakota, say that the best reverence to the Creator is not by rituals, prayers, and placations, but by ones actions and deeds.

Do they reflect reverance for the Creator the children and Creation?

    Or do they not?

    Every thought, every emotion,

    is a miniature internal action
