Black People Politics : What should the minimum wage be?

Let's be real, the only way anyone is going to see $15\hr. in this country, given its history and course, as the minimum wage is like 30+ or so years down the road with with trending inflation. The rich get rich by getting everyone else to do the work and they take the risk of initial capital and reap off of the residual. The world is a huge pyramid scheme if we are being honest, and those on top can flip the script on what is truly of value to keep people off balance and they can stay in power.

:10400: well that was depressing…...

I think if we are going to raise the min. wage to $15, that all other wages should be raised also. If not, what would be the incentive to go to a trade school to earn that kind of pay, when you can walk right into it?

There are many sides to this issue, one being that these kind of jobs are "stepping stones", and not meant to live a lavish life style.

Peace!
